Amazon Web Services (AWS) Senior Developer in Sub-Sahara Africa, Veliswa Boya has charged Nigerian Youth to explore the various opportunities in Cloud Computing.
She said this at a meetup organised by AWS Nigeria User Group at Alimosho Local Government.
Veliswa stated that AWS was ready to partner with organisations in Nigeria to train youths in using AWS in particular and cloud computing in general to cob unemployment and promote the next generation.
Her statement was backed up by Ewere Diagboya, the first AWS Hero in Africa, who further discussed several opportunities waiting for Nigerians in the cloud industry.
Diagboya urged the youth to have a structured learning path and take advantage of AWS.
In his speech, AbdulMatin Sanni, a DevOps Engineer x-rayed the pathway to becoming certified in Amazon Web Service.
He explained the different areas of cloud computing and what they represent.
