Venezuelan celebrity, Aleira Avendano has revealed that she underwent 38 surgical operations in a bid to improve her physical looks.
Aleira , 29, disclosed that she wanted to quickly grow up to go under the knife of a plastic surgeon, because she never liked her appearance.
Surgical operation was the only option for Aleira to see her childhood dreams come true, because she noted that her appearance was very far from being able to partake in beauty contests.
She had her first operation at nineteen, when she increased her breasts, then her rhinoplasty (nasal surgery) was next.
Aleira further underwent six operations to change the shape of the nose.
