Busola Dakolo, wife of Abuja based singer, Timi, has said her coming out to give an account of her alleged rape by Founder and Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo is Victory for her irrespective of the Court’s decision.
The professional photographer who made this call in Abuja urged victims of rape and sexual assault to overcome their fears by speaking about their experiences.
Busola had seen her case filed against Fatoyinbo dismissed on Thursday by Justice Oathman Musa, and ordered to pay N1m for wasting the court’s time.
The judge posited that the matter amounts to injustice and an abuse of judicial process, adding that the case was empty and purely sentimental.
Justice Musa insisted that the case was aimed more at cruelty than obtaining justice.
However, Busola through her lawyer, Pelumi Olajengbesi, has made known of her decision to appeal the matter.
