Ugandan bloggers and influencers have expressed their concern towards the payment of $20 as registration fee, if they want to keep posting their content online.
The said registration fee has raised a lot of questions among the bloggers and influencers.
While speaking to BBC correspondent, Hassan Arouni, radio host and blogger, Faith Mulungi, said, the measure is going to be counterproductive.
