"I think people realise that they have a talent and that they have a skill. Formerly, people were leaving Africa because of poverty and the idea of having a better life in the UK. But I think people have come to realise that opportunities have reversed.
They have come to believe that there are no more opportunities here in UK. Actually, opportunities are now in Africa and if you have the skills, the education and you take them back to the African continent, you are actually going to have a headway.
People are now realising this and are now taking advantage of it. I particularly think it’s a good thing because it is going to improve the continent. When we have the expertise of all these people who left Africa, for instance Nigerians that left the country to get education here in the UK and to get the skills turning back home to Africa, what you will eventually have is a situation where Nigeria increasingly becomes a better place. I am actually part of the ‘Go Back And Build Africa’ process".
